1. Temperature detection of return water and effluent of chiller:
 
After the chiller is turned on for 30 minutes, it can read the inlet water temperature and outlet water temperature of the unit's control system or the unit's chilled water system's inlet and outlet thermometers through the parameter control system of the unit's control system. If the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water is too large, it means that the water flow of the water system through the plate device is too small. This situation will cause the unit to be affected or damaged.
 
2. Water flow and water pressure detection of chiller:
 
Through the detection of the return water pressure and the outlet pressure value of the chiller, and the water flow rate of the unit's manual, and by referring to the unit's water flow correspondence table or chart in the manual, determine whether the water system is normal.
Often; and use this difference to determine which section of water pipe resistance value is too large, and make corresponding rectification.
 
3. Detect the suction temperature of the copper tube of the compressor when the chiller is running:
 
If it is detected that the suction temperature of the compressor is lower than 0 degrees after the refrigeration chiller is turned on for 30 minutes, it means that insufficient water flow in the water-side heat exchanger causes the evaporation temperature and evaporation pressure to drop, and causes Freon to be in the evaporator. The suction pipe flowing to the compressor is still evaporating and absorbing heat, which will cause the compressor suction temperature to be lower than 0 degrees;


In addition, it is necessary to exclude the drop in evaporation pressure and evaporation temperature caused by the water temperature set point being too low; non-standard water temperature units can be considered normal as long as the compressor has a suction superheat of 6-8 ° C. Therefore, under normal water flow, the suction temperature of the compressor is generally greater than 0 ° C. Below this value, water system problems must be ruled out.
 


By detecting the water flow of the chiller, you can determine what model is suitable for different industry needs. It can be judged whether the actual water flow rate is larger or smaller than the rated water flow rate of the pump.
